Team Competition: 146-265 lbs.

The International Fight League is introduced as a team-based mixed martial arts promotion designed and operated as a pure sport organization.  Competitions are decided with a best of five series between two teams of five fighters each to win matches by knockout, submission, or judges' decision. The Quad City Silverbacks and the Seattle Tiger Sharks compete for the IFL Season 1 team championship.
